We are looking for advertisements from local businesses to put in our program for our upcoming production of Doug Rand's adaptation of "It's a Wonderful Life." By purchasing advertising space in our program for this production, businesses can help us to cover the costs of putting on a show, from set materials to renting a venue. 1/4 of a page for the ad costs $20. 1/3 costs $30, 2/3 costs $40, and a full page costs $50. Backstage help is needed for our performance of "It's a Wonderful Life"! We need assistants to run lights and sound, help actors change costumes, move scenery during set changes, and more. No experience necessary, but you should be available for the two weeks following Christmas (last performance on January 7th). If you are interested, please email arnoldtheatre@gmail.com, and list any particular interests and any scheduling conflicts between December 26th and January 7th.

We are excited to say we have a venue!!!  We will be performing our production of "It's a Wonderful Life" at St. John's Lutheran Church, 3517 Jeffco Boulevard Arnold, MO 63010.  We will be performing the 5th, 6th, and 7th of January.   More information about the show can be found on the It's a Wonderful Life page of our website. DVDs for our summer production, The One-Act Festival, will be on sale at the auditions.  The price is only $5.  You can fill out an order form now at the "Our Stuff" page on the website or we will have some at the auditions. 

Also if you are interested you can sign up to be a member. Becoming a member gives you many rights including voting for the board of officers and holding an office. More benefits of membership are listed on the members page of our website. There is a membership fee of $3 dollars which will go to helping this troupe grow.  You don't have to become a member to audition for the show.  

Auditions for the winter production of It's a Wonderful Life will be held on November 12. More info is on the auditions page. If you will not be in Arnold then, do not worry. Also remember, you do NOT have to be a member to perform in any of ACTT's productions, but if you become a member, you will receive the privileges listed on the members page.  

In case you haven't heard, ACTT is producing It's a Wonderful Life for our winter 2011 show. The board has decided to create a committee to handle all the logistical parts of this production. Putting on a show is a lot of work, and we need your help! If you are interested in being a part of this committee (anyone can join!), please email arnoldtheatre@gmail.com.

Abigail Henderson has been chosen to be the director of our winter production of It's a Wonderful Life (pending availability of rights).  She is really excited to be taking this job and we believe she will do a great job.  Not all of the information about auditions has been solidified but a tentative date of November 12 has been set.  With our director out of state as well as many of our interested actors, we will be doing video auditions.  More specific information about auditions will be coming soon.
