The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon by Don Zolidis
ACTT's summer 2012 production was The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon by Don Zolidis. It was performed August 3-5, 2012 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Arnold, MO. There were 26 different actors in the cast as well as a technical crew and production team which brought in new talent. More than 200 people attended during the run of the show, raising over $1500 for ACTT!! For more information, see the program below. The fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm were turned on their heads in this fast-paced, rollicking ride as two narrators and several actors attempted to combine all 209 stories ranging from classics like Snow White, Cinderella, and Hansel and Gretel to more bizarre, obscure stories like The Devil's Grandmother and The Girl Without Hands. A wild, free-form comedy with lots of audience participation and madcap fun.
