We will be having a second round of auditions for the Spring One-Act Festival on Friday, April 6 from 11:30-5:30pm in the community room of the Arnold branch of the Jefferson County Library. You DO NOT need to bring a prepared monologue. You will be asked to read cold readings from the scripts for the one-act festival. We hope to see you there! If you are still interested in performing, but are unable to attend the auditions, please send an email to [email protected] and we will be able to accommodate you.
For more information, visit our 2012 One-Act Festival page. Auditions for the 2012 One-Act Festival will be Friday, March 23, from 11:30-5:30 in the community room of the Arnold Branch of the Jefferson County Library. You will be asked to read a cold reading for any of the one-acts that you would like to audition for. No need to prepare anything.
More information about the festival is located on the 2012 One-Act Festival page. If you can not make the audition time but you are still interested in being a part of the festival please email us and let us know and we will try to work something out. Our email is [email protected]. Hope to see you on Friday. We are still in search of Directors for our 2012 One-Act Festival. If you are interested in directing please fill out an application on our one-act festival page in the Upcoming Shows drop down. If you have any questions or concerns about being a director do not hesitate to email [email protected].
Work on our 2012 One-Act Festival has already begun, and we are currently looking for original one-act plays from members of the community and directors to direct them. Don't worry if you have never written a play or directed one before -- this festival is all about starting small and trying new things. The deadline is this Friday, March 9th, however, so make sure you check out the 2012 One-Act Festival page for submission guidelines, applications, and other ways to get involved (we are still looking for members to serve on the show committee to make this production a success)! As always, if you have any questions, feel free to email us at [email protected].
